During our first day of study trip to Brussels, we were excited to be able to spend an amazing afternoon at the NATO headquarters right outside the center.

Throughout 3 different talks, our delegation of 16 students could learn more about NATO’s Agenda and the organization’s digital outreach through social media. As the highlight of the day, after a pleasant coffee break and a small tour of the HQ, Mario Ventrone, Second Secretary at the Permanent Representation of Italy to the Atlantic Council, was so kind to offer some of his precious time to discuss with the students the Italy-NATO relations.

In this occasion, we want to thank the Italian Permanent Representation at NATO as well as the Public Diplomacy Division of the headquarters for making this visit possible. Heartfelt thanks go also out to Giulio, our Study Visits Officer, for coordinating the visit with NATO.
