Guided tour of the FAO

Today, some LUSDA members had the privilege of exploring the Food and Agriculture Organization’s headquarters in Rome. The guided tour took us through the history of the organization, the essential rooms and shedded light on the critical work done by FAO to address global challenges in agriculture and food security.

We were also showed some pieces of FAO's unique collection of art. The tour ended on the terrace with an incredible view of Rome. We are grateful for this opportunity as it broadened our horizons and gave us the opportunity to learn more about the path towards a more sustainable future
